Our staff members are experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic about helping you to reach your fitness goals! Let us introduce you to our Ladies Workout Express team.

Karen Pheasant - Club Owner
Karen spent 22 years in banking before leaving to follow her dream and start her own fitness business in 2003. She is now a qualified Gym Instructor and has a Nutrition Diploma. She is passionate about helping women to improve their lives through fitness.
Kim Jervis - Personal Trainer - Full Time
Kim joined the club in January 2007 having worked in the fitness industry for the previous two years. She is a qualified personal trainer
Joan Dixon - Instructor - Full Time
Joan joined the staff in September 2009. She has spent many years in retail management and customer service.
Alison Harold - Gym Instructor - Part Time
Alison joined the staff in 2008, having been a member of the club previously. She combines work as an instructor with helping promote the club externally. She is a fitness enthusiast and keen runner.
Helen Keefe - Class Instructor
Helen is a qualified Exercise to Music Instructor, and runs a variety of classes at the club. She was previously a member of the club for several years.
Emma Roycroft - Freelance Class Instructor
Emma joined the club in January 2007 as a full time instructor and left in June 2010 to go freelance. She is a qualified Exercise to Music and Zumba Instructor, a professional dancer and is also a Diet Express consultant. She continues to run classes for the club, most notably Zumba, and also runs Diet Express Clinics onsite.
