Special Classes Cyber Coach Description: Design your own class! Choose from a wide range of formats and come along alone, or with friends for a personalised class led by a top national instructor! See class timetable for scheduled classes or choose your own favourites at other times. Zumba! Description: Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Beginner classes are run on Wednesdays at Worsley Methodist Church Hall from 6.30-7.15pm.
