Our Services and Amenities
We are always adding new amenities to our club because we want our club to be your club too!

  • Teen Programmes

  • We offer a FitTeen program to acquaint teenagers with good health and fitness practices. They will take part in fitness activities that will stay with them for a lifetime. And best of all, it's a lot of fun!

  • Seniors Programmes

  • We offer fitness programs and classes specifically designed to help seniors improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength, stamina, balance and coordination. Seniors of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. Stay healthy and fit with us while making some new friends.

  • 1-2-1 Fitness Reviews

  • Members are offered a regular 1-2-1 review with their own personal instructor. These are designed to help identify your goals, review your progress and identify ways to improve your health

  • Diet Express

  • Diet Express is designed to help people lose weight and, more importantly, maintain the loss long term.

    The programme involves weekly confidential diet coaching sessions which will educate and encourage participants to adopt healthy eating habits. The programme does NOT depend on supplements or meal replacements, but instead focuses on how participants can make sustainable lifestyle changes. Weekly sessions can be 1for individuals or for small groups of up to 4 people.

  • Educational Events

  • We regularly hold events in the club on topics such as nutrition, image, self-defence and meditation. Any suggestions from members are very much welcomed and we will do our best to arrange requested events if there is enough interest

  • Social Events

  • We hold events in and out of the club, including parties and theatre trips. This is a great way to get to know other members which makes future trips to the gym all the more enjoyable

  • Library

  • We stock a selection of books on health, exercise and general well-being. As a member you are welcome to borrow these books; all we ask is that you make a small donation to our chosen charity

  • Physiotherapy

  • Vickie Cork of Able 2 Physiotherapy is onsite on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings. She offers free initial assessments to LWE members and a discounted treatment rate. Call the club to book your initial assessment
