Personal Training with Lisa West (owner of LWE and Princeton Boot Camps) is a combination of Yoga and Boot Camp exercises. Lisa has 5 years of experience as a certified health educator with Health Management Resources medically supervised weight loss program. She is currently studying with the Cooper Institute to receive their certification in weight loss programing. She has worked with and was certified through Biometrics Weight Loss program as well. Lisa brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to the field and has developed a program called 'The Simple Plan' for weight management available for FREE with personal training.
