Arms & Abs
A focus on toning those hard to sculpt areas. A mat is required.
A 30 minute workout that promises to leave you feeling ready to conquer your weekend. Incorporates cardio, sculpting, and bootcamp style exercises to give you great results!
Cardio Fit Ball
Combines a great cardio workout with stability ball training for an over all fat burning, tummy toning workout.
An over all body workout. Start with 30 minutes of interval cardio training with the use of weights. After your body is all warmed up the last 15 minutes focus on increasing flexibility and balance. A mat is required.
A workshop for anyone that loves to dance! Explore different types of dance such as ballet, hip hop, jazz and broadway in a fun beginner dance class. Learn basic techniques for the featured style and a short dance routine. Check event page for workshop dates or call for more information.
Using rhythm as the source of inspiration to discover a new group fitness experience Drums Alive® combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the brain affected benefits of music and rhythm. Drums Alive® is a program that fosters a healthy balance physically, mentally, emotionally and socially! Join a class and experience how it provides an element of fun and creative expression.
Using a stability ball you will tone your over all body and flatten your tummy.
Fit Over 50: Heart Health & yoga
This class is designed with the beginner in mind. Light Cardio to music classics that will get your heart pumping and strengthen your cardio vascular system. Followed by standing yoga poses to enhance flexibility. No mat is required.
Fit Over 50: Strength & Balance
A weight class designed with the beginner in mind. Strengthen your muscles to improve bone density. Then work on your balancing skills. An important aspect of fitness as we get older.

TRX Suspension Training
Whether you’re just beginning your journey into fitness or pushing towards your summit, TRX Training gives you a scalable, sustainable, fun, effective approach to help you achieve your personal best.
Vinyasa classes use the linking together of movement and breath to create a ‘vinyasa flow.’ Excellent for all ages; a mat is required. $7 per class for members or 10 for $50. Non members $12 per class or 10 for $100.
