Zumba
Description: Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. It is a Cardio, Total Body Toning and Interval Training Class all in one!
Zumbatomics Fitness Program for Children
Description: We have officially launched Zumbatomics Fitness for Children. Now serving Lil Starz 4-7 years old & Big Stars 8-12 years old. 4-week series costs $39/person. Lil Starz meet Wednesdays 4:15-5PM and Big Starz meet Fridays 4:30-5:15pm. Call 565-5239 to register your child. ZumbAtomic is designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-12), Zumbatomic classes are rockin, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. Zumbatomic rounds out family fitness goals by giving parents a great reason to head to the gym for themselves, for their kids, for a totally fun family experience. Call 565-5239 for more details.
Zumba Toning
Description: We now offer Zumba Toning class with Diana. Join Diana on Fridays at 5:30PM. Non-members welcomed, $10/class. When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
Pilates Reformer Training & Rehabilitation
Description: Pilates one-on-on training is available to members and non-members. Sessions are done in private and are led by an Exercise Physiologist & Pilates Apparatus Trained Instructor. The program is custom-tailored to the individual's needs and health history. There are so many benefits to Pilates training. Free consultation available for first visit. FitTeen Program
Description: Teenagers ages 13-17 work out free all summer from June 1 to August 31, During the year they can be added to Mom's agreement and 1/2 price! Registration for this program begins May 15-thru 30th. Limited to the first 50 that register. Certain restrictions apply and this program is for local residents only. Must be accompanied by parent at registration, proof of address and birth certificate needed upon registration.
Girls Night Out Private Events
Description: New! We now have Girls Night Out Parties at our facility. Get a group of ladies together for fun event that is scheduled when the club is closed. This is a 2-hour event and includes food and beverages. Minimum of 15 ladies needed for an event. Call 565-5239 for additional details and to secure your reservation.
Kickboxing Powerfit Bootcamp (Tuesdays & Saturdays)
Description: 6-week program promises to help you burn lots of calories. This is a fee-based program and not a class. Group will meet 2x's/week, Tuesdays 8-9PM and Saturdays 7-8am. Call to reserve your spot, limited to first 12 that pre-register and pay. Call 565-5239 for additional details.
Total Conditioning
Description: Train like an athlete with our newest Total Conditioning Boot Camp. This group meets 2x's a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8AM. This intense, advanced training combines 3 sets of exercises with a variety of equipment, along with a built-in recovery. Combine full-body resistance training with continuous cardio training and you get Total Conditioning! Next round starts soon, call to pre-register and pay for the program. Limited to first 8 that pre-register.
