Zumba Workout
Description:
Learn the moves that provide a full cardiovascular, aerobic and strength training workout, with exciting choreography of dance to Zumba (Latin/Fusion) Music in our 45-minute class. This class is free to club members and $5.00 for non-members. Tickets can be purchased at the front desk. This class is on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

Zumba Express Circuit Workout
Description:
Lift weights and salsa dance all in one workout. Join us on Mondays at 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. This is a great and exciting aerobic workout. Come join the Party!

Walking Club
Description:
Want to enhance your workout? Ladies, every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., we walk approximately 1.5 miles. We will stretch, strap on our pedometers and start walking. (The Walking Club will replace the ball club for the summer & fall months.)
