Ladies Workout Express offers the following Classes. Please view our Group Exercise Schedule to find the right class and time for you.
If our regular Zumba class is a little “too much”. Try Zumba Gold. It is a slower pace 30 minute workout. Feel free to check with our staff if you are a candidate for Zumba Gold. This class is free for members and $50.00 for 10 sessions for non-members.
Learn the moves that provide a full cardiovascular, aerobic and strength training workout, with exciting choreography of dance to Zumba (Latin/Fusion) Music in our 60-minute class. This class is free to club members and $80.00 for 10 sessions for non-members. Tickets can be purchased at the front desk. This classes are held on Mondays at 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:00 a.m.
Walking Club (Resumes in May)
Want to enhance your workout? Ladies, every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., we walk approximately 1.5 miles. We will stretch, strap on our pedometers and start walking. (The Walking Club will replace the ball club for the summer & fall months.)
